If you wish to submit a bargaining proposal, please print this form, fill it out, sign it and return it to President Cowan by March 22, 2019
The form can be filled out and mailed to the local, scanned and emailed to scowan@unifor43.org or handed in in person (see meeting section for local meeting dates)
